Your game on this device
You do not need an account. Your score, board, run progress, bonuses, sound, haptics, motion settings and broad age group are stored in the app on your device. We use them to provide the game, restore progress, remember your choices and determine whether optional ads can be enabled. We do not ask for your exact date of birth.
A local reward receipt contains a random offer reference so an earned reward can be restored after an interruption. These saved-game records and receipts are not uploaded to us or passed by our game code to the ad provider. We cannot retrieve them remotely. There is no cloud save or cross-device account. Your operating system's backup service may separately copy app storage according to your device settings.
Development versions may keep a small local gameplay log for testing. It is not automatically uploaded. The production game does not include our development event logging or an uploaded gameplay analytics service.
Optional ads and google
Mobile rewarded ads use Google AdMob. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles ad privacy choices. Our integration requests ads only for players who select 18 or older and when their privacy choices permit a request. It does not request ads for under-18 or unknown-age players. The Windows review version uses simulated rewards and does not contact an ad network.
When Google's services are used, data can include IP address and approximate location, app or device identifiers, app/ad interactions such as views and taps, performance and crash information, and consent choices. Google processes this information for advertising, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Google receives it directly through its SDK; a game account is not required for this processing.
We request nonpersonalized ads and do not integrate mediation networks. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission, and the Android build excludes the advertising-ID permission. Other app/device identifiers and personal data can still be processed. Nonpersonalized does not mean anonymous or storage-free.
Google describes its practices and privacy controls at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If you choose to open an advertiser's website or app, that service's own privacy notice also applies.
Cookies and device storage
The app uses local files and preferences for your game save, settings, age choice, reward recovery and privacy choices. These support the game and controls you request. They are separate from advertising storage.
Google's ad and consent components can store or read information on your device, including consent records and identifiers; content displayed inside an ad may also use cookies or similar technologies. Optional storage or access that requires consent is subject to the ad privacy choices described below. Nonpersonalized ads can still use device storage for purposes such as measurement and fraud prevention.
The consent interface provides information about the purposes and participating providers for the available ad service. Your local game data remains as described under Retention and deletion. Google's consent and advertising storage follows its own reset and retention rules. Deleting your game save does not clear all SDK storage or withdraw consent; use Ad privacy to change your choices.
Your ad choices
Where required, UMP presents consent choices before an ad request. Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not prevent ordinary play or starting a new run. Depending on your choices and Google's rules, optional ads may be unavailable or limited.
In Settings > Privacy & support > Ad privacy, use Google privacy choices when available, or Stop ad requests to stop further requests from our integration on this device. Changing consent discards a previously loaded ad. Stopping requests does not erase information already processed by Google. Earned bonuses remain usable.
We do not use ad value, completion history, phone price or country to choose your difficulty. No player-value prediction model or automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is used by our game.
Support and privacy requests
If you email support@prismgrove.app for support or privacy@prismgrove.app for privacy requests, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Our mailboxes use Mailflare hosted on Cloudflare. Email infrastructure providers handle these communications for delivery, storage and security. We use them to answer you, investigate the issue and handle privacy requests. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list.
Only send information needed for your request. Avoid passwords, payment details and sensitive personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child's behalf.
Why we process information
We process information necessary to provide the game you request on the basis of performing that service. Necessary local storage remembers gameplay and privacy choices. We rely on consent for optional device storage or personal-data processing where required. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Our legitimate interests are answering support requests, maintaining a functioning service and preventing abuse. We process information to meet legal obligations when applicable. Google explains its own processing grounds and responsibilities in its privacy information; choices presented by UMP govern the available ad processing.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall, subject to device backup/restore settings. Settings > Privacy & support > Delete saved game removes progress, earned-reward receipts and recovery files. It preserves sound, haptics, motion, age and ad choices. It does not erase Google's consent record or information already held by providers.
We keep support correspondence while a request is open and normally delete it within 12 months after resolution. Relevant records may be kept longer where necessary for a legal obligation or an unresolved claim; they are deleted when that need ends. Copies in provider backups follow the provider's backup cycle. Google determines retention for information it holds under its own practices: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention.
Security and international processing
Game records use the operating system's app storage. Access to support correspondence should be limited to people who need it to handle requests. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected data in transit using TLS.
Google and email service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Google's transfer information is at https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to our service providers or how to obtain a copy.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@prismgrove.app. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that first month. We may request proportionate information to verify a request. We do not create an account or collect extra identifiers merely to identify a local game save.
You may complain to the data protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. The Belgian authority's complaint information is at https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/citizen/actions/lodge-a-complaint.
Changes
This app policy remains readable offline in Settings. We update its date when practices change and obtain new permission before new processing where required.
