Visiting a page
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. A request necessarily includes technical information such as your IP address, the requested page, request time and browser information. Cloudflare handles this information to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. Our basis for the delivery and security processing is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.
We do not install advertising tags, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or a mailing-list form on this website. Fonts, pictures and store badges are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party asset servers. Opening an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not set cookies or use local storage. The small matching demonstration runs only in the open page and does not save or transmit your moves. We do not use optional tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security mechanisms when protecting requests; these are separate from advertising in the mobile app.
Contacting us
The email links open your email app. They do not submit a web form. If you contact support@prismgrove.app or privacy@prismgrove.app, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. Our mailboxes use Mailflare hosted on Cloudflare. We use correspondence to answer you and handle the issue or privacy request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding and, where applicable, a legal obligation. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Parents or guardians should contact us on behalf of children.
Retention
We do not maintain a separate database of website visitors or a copy of demonstration activity. Cloudflare processes delivery and security records under its service retention practices. We keep correspondence while a request is open and normally delete it within 12 months after resolution, unless a legal obligation or unresolved claim requires longer. Provider backups follow their own backup cycles. Contact privacy@prismgrove.app for information about the records relating to your request.
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare and email infrastructure providers handle technical requests and messages as needed to operate these services. Processing can take place outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must have an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to our providers from privacy@prismgrove.app.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to privacy@prismgrove.app. We normally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension during that first month. Changes
We update this notice and its date when website practices change. Any future optional tracking that requires consent will need an appropriate choice before it begins.
