The Contact support button opens your email app. You can also enter the address in your email app yourself. There is no account to sign into.

Getting help

Describe what happened and include your app version, device model and operating-system version if useful. Screenshots are optional. Do not send passwords, payment information or another person's private details.

A parent or guardian should send a request on a child's behalf. We use support messages to respond and investigate, as described in the privacy policy.

Saved scores

Progress stays on your device. There is no account or cloud score recovery. The game works offline; optional ads need an internet connection and may not always be available.

Ad problems

Use the ad's information/report controls for an inappropriate advertisement. You can also contact support with the advertiser name, approximate time and a description. Avoid sending personal information. You can disable further ad requests in Ad privacy.

Reward problems

A reward requires confirmation from the ad provider. Leaving before that confirmation may mean no reward. You never need to click an advertisement, install an advertised app or buy anything to earn it. An earned-reward receipt can restore a confirmed reward after an interruption; we cannot restore a missing local save remotely.

If a reward appears missing, include the approximate time, whether it was Boost or Revive, and what happened when the ad closed. Normal gameplay and starting a new run remain available. Do not repeatedly click an ad to try to restore a reward.

Your controls

Settings lets you change sound, haptics and reduced motion. Privacy & support includes the privacy notice, terms, ad privacy and deletion of the saved game. Reading these pages does not require a connection.

Delete saved game erases scores, run progress, bonuses and recovery files. It keeps sound, haptics, reduced motion, age and ad choices. Stop ad requests prevents further optional ad requests from our integration; it does not delete information already held by Google.
